With a lovely pale cherry colour and blackberry, mint and gentle mulberry flavours, this wine leaves a crisp sensation on the palate.
Made from premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, the fruit was crushed and left on skins for 10hour to allow colour and flavour to permeate the juice. Bottled early to retain the freshness and vibrancy of the fresh fruity character.
A perfect summer wine, enjoy now chilled.
